Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• With proof of purchase or order confirmation
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, beauty, and fragrance products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
